MEDICAL

1. Physiotherapist/Spine Consultant
Qualification: BPT/ MPT
Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Worli, Borivali, Malleshwaram, Jayanagar,HSR Layout, Aundh, Punjabi, Baugh, Greater Kailash
Shift Timing: 8:00AM to 4:00PM and 12 Noon to 8:00PM (should be flexible with both shifts)
Part Time: 8:00AM to 1:00PM and 3:00PM to 8:00PM
  • Diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal spine problems
  • Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in practicing physiotherapy and treating patients with musculoskeletal problems.
  • Fresher’s can also apply (6 months internship experience)
2. Patient Relationship Executive /Medical Receptionist
Location: Marine Lines, Andheri, Ghatkoper, Linkin Road, Karkardooma
Shift Timing: 8:00AM to 4:00PM and 12 Noon to 8:00PM (should be flexible with both shifts)
Experience, Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in handling the front office and Cash management (Healthcare industry), any HSC/Graduate
  • To answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • To politely greet, direct and assist customers
  • To coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
  • To schedule appointments; rearrange the appointments as per the exigencies
  • To register patients in the system
  • To ensure internal matters are not openly discussed in the premises and instead should be escalated to the Centre / Floor Manager for resolution
  • To understand the package/prescription of referring Doctor and log in right tests
  • To correctly register clients without any errors
  • To seek clarifications regarding Tests
  • To ensure Cash Handling & Credit Billing
  • To ensure zero leakage of cash collection
  • To ensure Creation/Checking of Bills in case of credit parties
  • To be responsible for filing of Credit bills along with Credit letter
  • To be responsible for receipt of Cash / Credit Payment
  • Ensure every patient completes 3 appointments in a week (except in cases where prescribed otherwise)
  • Reducing Cancellations and No-Shows through confirmation calls, rescheduling of appointments, follow-up calls, sms’, patient engagement
  • Greeting/ hospitality with patients; Making conversations with patients to enable them get comfortable in the clinic
  • Share the Google Review link when the patient is in the clinic and politely get them to fill it
  • Approach happy patients (in-process/ discharged) to refer more patients
  • Ensuring the up-keep of the clinic (Cleanliness, basic hygiene); Housekeeping staff must be well- trained

CORPORATE

1. Designation: Patient Advisor / Tele callers
Location: Phoenix Market City, Kurla
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointments with our Clinics in India.
  • Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix a first consultation
  • Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value
  • Understand caller’s conditions and empathize helping them with appointments.
  • Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.
  • Basic excel knowledge.
  • Call Center Agent Experience is a must
  • Respond to patient’s queries via different channels (calls, emails, and chats)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Fresher with excellent communication skills can apply
  • Min 1 year Call Center Experience is a must for Experienced candidates
  • Other skills preferred – Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi- tasking
  • Any HSC/ Graduate
2. Designation: HR Executive
Location: Phoenix Market City, Kurla
Education: Any Bachelor’s (Specialized in HR preferred, Contractual Role)
Salary: 3-4lpa
    • Conduct analysis and opportunities to identify and strategize business.
    • Full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions
    • Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel with special focus on New Age sourcing techniques
    • Monitoring and constantly reducing the costs of the recruitment process
    • Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
    • Maintaining database
    • Sourcing maximum Quality Resources within a sanctioned time frame.
    • Optimizing best Sourcing Strategies/Tools: Job Posting, Mass mailers, Employee referrals, internal
database, headhunting taking references, searching through various Job portals (Naukri.com, Monster.com, Shine.com), Personal Database to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs
  • Screening resumes thoroughly.
  • Conducting telephonic discussion to match the necessary requirements and to find out the necessary details.
  • Discussing the opportunity with the candidates and lining up candidates for the Scheduled drives.
  • Shortlisting of best Candidates
  • Arranging Telephonic Interviews, Face to Face Interviews, Skype Interviews
  • Pre-employment screening support and administration
  • Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till the date of joining, close Follow-Up
  • Prepare a weekly Recruitment Tracker and maintain a history of communication with all applicants.
  • Reference check of candidates
  • Submitting screening report to HOD
  • Offer letter and on boarding support activities
  • Other HR Generalist Activities
