The doctors helped me improve mobility in my frozen shoulder and over mechanical back pain. They helped me set manageable goals to improve my mobility and provided great tips to manage any pain that might result from bad posture. I found that the doctors were professional and invested in my overall well-being, which I appreciated greatly. They make sessions interesting and have a pleasant and positive demeanour. I had severe back pain during first week of March-2023, I was out of movement for 3 days and completely on bed rest. Visited QI Spine during 2nd week of March-2023, under the guidance of Dr. Roshani, I am able to perform my day to day activities without any pain. When I came to QI Spine clinic, I was feeling stiffness in my neck. Then Dr suggested me to go for microcurrent therapy and after that we will start exercises. As per her suggestion I took microcurrent therapy and I got relief from that stiffness 2-3 days. After that I started excercise and device practice. Now I am completely fit and able to do all the household works as well as able to lift heavy weight. I would say QI spine has a very different approach to train your body for a long term pain reliefs.
